Assess, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans by working collaboratively with healthcare team members. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Promote patient's independence by establishing patient care goals; teaching and counseling patients and reinforcing their understanding of disease, medications, and self-care skills. Provide physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families. Supervise assigned team members. Strong adaptability skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proficient in clinical skills with an ability to handle high-stress situations Capability to perform various clinical tasks as per departmental requirements Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active Registered Nurse License in the state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
