Oversee daily operations in the ENT and Urology surgical services. Coordinate with surgical teams to ensure all health and safety standards are met. Implement and monitor compliance with all healthcare regulations and our internal procedures. Manage staffing schedules, training, and development of OR personnel in your service line. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to innovate and improve surgical techniques and patient outcomes. Maintain accurate documentation and patient records according to compliance and privacy regulations. Expertise in ENT and Urology surgical practices. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with electronic healthcare records (EHR) systems. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
