CT Technologist Lead

UCHealth, a leading nonprofit healthcare system based in Colorado, is seeking an experienced CT Technologist Lead to supervise and administer high-quality computed tomography scans across our facilities. This role is pivotal in ensuring operational efficiency and technical accuracy in our CT department, providing advanced diagnostic support to our medical teams while adhering to patient safety protocols. The ideal candidate will not only oversee daily operations but also participate in the strategic planning and administration of the department. Oversee the daily operations of the CT department. Ensure all CT scans are performed in accordance with safety protocols. Manage and train CT technicians and support staff. Optimize scheduling to enhance patient satisfaction and department efficiency. Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. Assist in the development and implementation of new policies and technologies. Proficient in CT imaging procedures. Ability to lead and train a technical team. Strong organizational and communication skills. Adept in using various CT technologies and software. Knowledge of safety and procedural standards specific to radiology.
