Evaluate patient conditions based on clinical assessments and medical history. Develop individualized treatment plans that cater to patients' specific rehabilitation needs. Implement therapeutic interventions like manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and patient education. Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care. Document patient progress and adapt treatment plans accordingly. Educate patients and their families on follow-up care and preventive measures. Expertise in orthopedic and spinal rehabilitation techniques Ability to develop and follow through treatment plans Strong communication skills for effective patient and coworker interaction Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of compliance with healthcare regulations Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Physical Therapy license in the applicable state. Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) preferred. CPR and First Aid certification.
