Conduct remote patient consultations and follow-up visits via telecommunication tools. Assess patient health conditions and needs to provide appropriate advice and care plans. Coordinate with onsite healthcare teams to facilitate patient care across various services. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality and security of the data. Participate in continuous learning to stay updated with telehealth trends and technologies. Proficiency in the use of telehealth platforms and digital communication tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong clinical skills with the ability to make quick and accurate assessments Ability to manage time effectively and handle a diverse caseload Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Maryland, Virginia, or Washington D.C.
