RN Surgical ICU Nights

You will engage in the challenge of managing complex critical conditions with the support of advanced medical technology and continuous professional development, all within a supportive and caring environment. Provide direct nursing care in a diverse and dynamic environment. Monitor patient condition, respond to emergency situations, and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams. Administer medications, maintain patient records, and ensure the implementation of patient care plans with precision. Participate in educational programs to ensure up-to-date practice in a rapidly evolving health care landscape. Support and mentor new staff members and participate in initiatives to improve patient care. Expertise in managing acutely ill patients with multiple organ dysfunctions. Proficiency in the use of medical hardware used in intensive care settings. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in high pressure environments. High level of critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse license in the state of Colorado. BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification required. ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) preferred.
