Registered Respiratory Therapist TEMP Pediatrics

HCA Healthcare, a leader in patient-centered medical care, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Respiratory Therapist for a temporary position in our pediatrics department. This role is critical in supporting our pediatric patients by providing respiratory therapy services and ensuring the highest standards of care. In this position, you will work closely with pediatric patients, offering specialized respiratory care and contributing to the overall recovery and well-being of our young patients at our advanced facilities. Perform respiratory care assessments and diagnostics procedures on pediatric patients. Administer prescribed respiratory therapeutic services to improve patients’ respiratory health. Collaborate with pediatric healthcare teams to design and implement respiratory care plans. Educate patients and families about respiratory health and treatment plans. Ensure all respiratory therapy is compliant with hospital standards and state regulations. Maintain accurate patient records and prepare clinical reports. Manage respiratory equipment, ensuring cleanliness and functionality. Proficiency in advanced pediatric respiratory care techniques. Strong understanding of respiratory equipment and maintenance. Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in pediatrics.
