Provide direct nursing care in a diverse range of ED settings across multiple hospitals. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs. Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate. Support a multidisciplinary approach to patient care. Participate in educational activities to maintain competencies and integrate new knowledge. Adjust care plan as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
