Regional Director

Ivy Rehab is seeking a Regional Director to oversee operations across multiple outpatient therapy facilities, ensuring the delivery of exceptional therapy services including physical, occupational, and speech therapy. This role requires dynamic leadership capabilities, profound understanding of healthcare management and the ability to uphold our commitment to evidence-based, personalized patient care. The ideal candidate will collaborate with senior management to align regional goals with organizational objectives, streamlining processes for efficiency and enhanced patient experience. Oversee daily operations of multiple therapy facilities within the region. Manage senior therapists and administrative staff, setting performance standards and conducting evaluations. Develop and implement regional strategies in line with company goals. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Monitor financial performance and budget compliance of facilities. Enhance patient satisfaction and care quality by leveraging innovative therapy techniques and treatments. Coordinate with HR to recruit and train high-caliber staff. Strong leadership and organizational skills. In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulation and therapy services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in healthcare management software and tools. Ability to manage budgets and financial records. Licensed Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech-Language Pathologist is advantageous.
