Collaborate with medical and administrative staff to streamline patient throughput. Apply knowledge of healthcare protocols to mitigate risks and enhance patient outcomes. Develop strategies to reduce patient wait times and improve satisfaction. Lead cross-departmental meetings to ensure timely communication and problem resolution. Train and mentor staff on throughput best practices. Generate reports and maintain records on patient flow statistics.
