Our ideal candidate will address complex wound care needs, implementing evidence-based treatments and supporting our mission to enhance health outcomes across the communities we serve. Assess and identify wound types and determine appropriate treatment plans. Implement physician-directed treatments and document patient responses. Educate patients and families on proper care techniques and prevention measures. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and outcomes. Participate in research and remain current with advancements in wound care treatment. Proficient in modern wound care practices Ability to operate wound care equipment Strong interpersonal and communication skills Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in practicing state Certified Wound Care Nurse (CWCN) or similar certification preferred
