Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans in consultation with healthcare professionals. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor patients for side effects and responses. Advocate for patients and support their families in understanding condition, medications, and self-care skills. Maintain accurate health care records and reports. Participate in continuing education, training, and other developmental opportunities to maintain and enhance nursing skills.
