Our Cardiovascular Operating Room Nurses play a crucial role in the surgical team, assisting in surgeries related to the heart and blood vessels, which requires precision, dedication, and a profound understanding of complex cardiovascular physiology. Assist in surgical procedures focusing on cardiac and vascular surgeries. Prepare operating rooms with necessary surgical equipment and supplies. Ensure all instruments and supplies are sterile and ready for use. Monitor patient vitals and maintain patient safety throughout surgeries. Work collaboratively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other surgical staff. Provide post-operative care and detailed reports on patient progress. Advanced knowledge of cardiovascular physiology and surgical procedures. Ability to operate surgical equipment with precision. Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with diverse patient demographics. Capacity to handle stressful situations with calmness and professionalism. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Valid RN license. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS). CNOR certification is highly recommended.
