Physical Therapist

Ivy Rehab is actively seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. This role involves diagnosing and treating individuals who have conditions that limit their ability to move and perform functional activities in their daily lives. You will join a network of professionals dedicated to applying the most current, evidence-based practices and personalized care to each patient. Perform initial and ongoing physical therapy evaluations according to APTA standards of practice and professional guidelines. Develop treatment plans describing a treatment strategy, its purpose, and its anticipated outcomes. Implement individualized therapy programs designed to restore, reinforce, and enhance performance. Identify and document goals, anticipated progress, and plans for reevaluation. Educate patients and family members about their conditions and what they can do to improve their recovery. Use various techniques to promote mobility, reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability. Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations affecting physical therapy. Proficiency in manual therapy techniques Ability to develop and follow through with evidence-based treatment plans Strong interpersonal and communication skills Competence in clinical documentation and reporting Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Physical Therapy license in the practicing state Current BLS certification preferred
