Occupational Therapist (OT)

In this role, you will implement high-quality occupational therapy services for patients recovering from surgery, injuries, or illnesses. As part of our professional healthcare team, you will work closely with patients to develop and enhance their daily living and working skills through specialized therapeutic treatments. Evaluate patient condition and develop individualized treatment plans based on medical history. Implement therapeutic processes to assist patients in improving their ability to perform daily activities. Document patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary to ensure optimal recovery. Collaborate with other medical professionals to plan and coordinate patient care. Educate patients and their families about post-treatment home care needs. Adhere to professional standards, home health regulatory and accreditation requirements. Proficiency in patient evaluation and occupational therapy treatment planning Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to handle physically demanding tasks Excellent problem-solving skills Experience with electronic medical records systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Valid state Occupational Therapist license NBCOT certification preferred
