Registered Nurse IMC Experienced

Provide comprehensive and patient-centered nursing care in the Intermediate Care Unit. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. Monitor patient health and progress closely, adapting care plans as necessary. Educate patients and their families on health care needs, conditions, and options. Ensure a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic environment for patients and staff. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and report to healthcare professionals as required. Advanced clinical skills in a hospital setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in high pressure environments Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills Proficient in the use of healthcare technology and software Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active Registered Nurse licensure in the applicable state BLS/ACLS certification Cardiac rhythm recognition certification is a plus
