Hospice RN Executive Director

Aveanna Healthcare, a pioneer in home healthcare and pediatric therapy, is seeking a compassionate and seasoned Hospice RN Executive Director to lead our hospice services. This role is crucial for ensuring the provision of high-quality care and operational leadership within our hospice segment. The ideal candidate will orchestrate daily operations, guide care teams, uphold our standards of excellence, and drive strategic initiatives to enhance patient care across the United States. Oversee the operational, clinical, and financial management of hospice services. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards while upholding the quality of patient care. Lead, develop, and mentor nursing and administrative staff to promote professional growth and operational efficiency. Develop strategic plans that align with the company's mission and market needs, focusing on patient and family services. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care delivery. Manage budgets, forecast resource needs, and implement cost control measures. Maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
