Provide direct and comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients. Monitor patient status and respond to emergent changes in condition. Collaborate with multidisciplinary medical teams to optimize patient outcomes. Participate in educational activities and assessments to ensure competent and effective patient care. Implement patient care plans and conduct patient assessments. Administer medications and maintain detailed records of patient progress and treatment.
