Travel RN ICU Nights

UCHealth, a leading nonprofit healthcare system in Colorado, seeks a dedicated Travel RN for our ICU Night shifts. Our mission is centered on providing exceptional patient care across our extensive network of hospitals and outpatient facilities. This role requires dynamic nursing professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are committed to the health and wellbeing of critically ill patients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care, demonstrate advanced clinical skills, and possess the ability to adapt quickly to new settings. Provide direct and comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients. Monitor patient conditions continuously and adjust treatment plans as needed. Administer medications and collaborate with interdisciplinary medical teams. Educate patients and families on management of illnesses and post-hospital treatment. Ensure adherence to hospital policies and ethical standards. Advanced skills in patient assessment Proficiency in ICU medical equipment and technology Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle high stress situations calmly and effectively Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) license Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certification preferred Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
