Program Lead

PowerBack Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Program Lead to oversee our post-hospital rehabilitation programs. This role is vital in delivering high-quality personalized care and ensuring that all patients receive the utmost attention in their recovery journey. The ideal candidate will manage and lead a team of healthcare professionals, ensuring that the latest rehabilitation methods are applied efficiently and effectively. The Program Lead will also be responsible for developing program strategies, liaising with medical staff, and maintaining continuous improvement of patient care services. Develop, implement, and evaluate rehabilitation programs to ensure maximum efficacy and personalized patient care Lead and mentor a team of healthcare professionals including physical therapists, nurses, and occupational therapists Coordinate with medical professionals and administrative staff to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care Regularly assess program processes and outcomes, initiating improvements where necessary Manage program budgets and resources, ensuring efficient use of materials and personnel Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in rehabilitation care Participate in patient care planning and discharge planning meetings Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards Strong leadership and team management skills Proven ability in program development and project management Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Deep understanding of post-hospital rehabilitation therapies and healthcare regulations Ability to handle multiple tasks and complex situations effectively Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Certification in Healthcare Management (e.g., CHFM) Relevant clinical certifications are highly advantageous
