CDL A Truck Driver

As a CDL A Truck Driver, you will be integral to our mission of delivering top-tier transportation solutions across a diverse client base. With a focus on safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, you will handle the movement of goods in a timely and professional manner, upholding the company’s high standards. Safely operate a tractor-trailer to transport goods to various destinations. Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance as required. Plan routes and meet delivery schedules, compliant with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking, break periods) alongside with company policies and procedures. Document and log work/rest periods and kilometers spent driving and retain fuel/toll receipts. Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations staff to ensure smooth transit. Maintain a positive attitude with customers and effectively handle tough situations. Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking and break periods) as well as with company policies and procedures. Proven work experience as a truck driver Hands on experience with electronic equipment and software (GPS, AVL units, CB, etc) Ability to drive long hours and travel regularly Extensive knowledge of applicable truck driving rules and regulations Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions etc) Strong organizational and time management skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class A required.
