Production Supervisor

As a Production Supervisor, you will play a critical role in maintaining our legacy by overseeing our production processes to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Supervise daily activities of the production department, ensuring compliance with company standards and production targets. Monitor production operations to ensure that they meet production deadlines. Oversee the efficient use of materials and manpower to achieve production goals. Implement and maintain quality control standards to reduce waste and ensure products meet customer specifications and quality requirements. Collaborate with other departments to streamline production processes and improve overall operational efficiency. Train, guide, and mentor production staff, ensuring a safe and supportive work environment. Prepare and present reports on production progress and challenges at departmental meetings. Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent organizational and communication skills Proficient in MS Office and production planning software Expertise in process improvement techniques In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and compliance Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities Medical Insurance 401k Life Insurance Certification in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) preferred Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification beneficial
