As a Production Associate, you will play a key role in our manufacturing process, ensuring that our products meet the high standards our customers expect. Operate machinery and equipment necessary for manufacturing windows and doors. Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment. Inspect finished products for quality and compliance with specifications. Coordinate with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency. Assist in inventory control and supply chain management to ensure material availability. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes. Proficiency in using hand tools and operating mechanical equipment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to follow complex instructions and blueprints. Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to work collaboratively. Capacity to problem-solve and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
