Full-Time Production Associate

Marvin, a leader in crafted and precision-engineered windows and doors, is searching for a dedicated Full-Time Production Associate to join our team. This role involves hands-on activities that are pivotal in making products that meet Marvin's high standards of quality and innovation. Located at the core of our manufacturing process, this role offers the opportunity to directly contribute to the aesthetics and functionality of homes and buildings around the world. Operate machinery used in the production process, or assist machine operators. Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards. Assemble items as instructed by floor supervisor / assembly line lead. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Load and unload items from machines, conveyors, and conveyances. Prepare products for shipping. Assist in the installation, moving, and dismantling of machinery and equipment. Observe and follow company safety rules and regulations. Ability to operate or learn to operate a variety of hand and power tools used in the production process. Excellent communication skills. Ability to read blueprints or production schematics is necessary. Ability to perform physical activities that require considerable use of arms and legs.
