Day Shift Production Associate

Operate machinery and equipment used in the manufacturing of windows and doors. Assist in the setup and verification of equipment and work areas to ensure safety and optimum work conditions. Participate in the quality control process, including inspection of products to ensure compliance with Marvin's quality standards. Align with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency during the production process. Report any issues with production equipment or processes to the supervisor promptly. Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company and safety regulations. Assist in the documentation of production data and adherence to production schedules and deadlines. Ability to operate or learn to operate various manufacturing machinery and tools. Basic mathematical skills for measurements and calculations. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality. Capability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
