Full-Time Production Associate

Marvin is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Production Associate to join our team at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in the assembly and production of our bespoke windows and doors, contributing to products that enhance living spaces with superior design and functionality. Operate machinery and equipment used in the manufacturing of windows and doors. Monitor production processes and perform adjustments as needed to maintain product quality. Assemble components accurately, thoroughly, and quickly to approved specifications. Review finished assemblies for quality and ensure compliance with production specifications. Participate in continuous improvement activities to increase efficiency and product quality. Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with company and safety regulations. Proficient in using tools and machinery relevant to the production of high-quality wood and fiberglass products. Ability to read blueprints and production schematics. Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
