Qualifications - Doctorate Degree in Medicine (Required) - Completion of required residency and/or fellowship program Work Experience - 0 - 1 year Experience in a related field (Preferred) Licenses and Certifications - Board certification or Board eligibility as defined by: medical staff at the health system facility where you are working, per employment/IC agreement, managed care plans, and other entities that credential Phoebe providers.
