Director of Nursing

Good Samaritan Health Center, a leader in providing quality healthcare to underserved communities, is seeking a dedicated Director of Nursing to oversee our nursing department. This position is pivotal in ensuring that our mission of holistic health and wellness outcomes are met through innovative leadership and compassionate care practices. The Director of Nursing will be responsible for managing all nursing operations, including staff development, regulatory compliance, and patient care quality. This role demands a high level of expertise in nursing practice and management, along with a passion for community health improvement. Lead and direct all nursing personnel operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and center policies. Develop and implement strategies aimed at improving quality of care and efficiency in service delivery. Manage recruitment, training, and continuous education of nursing staff. Ensure patient care is compliant with industry standards and health regulations. Collaborate with other department heads to integrate and optimize patient care and administrative workflows. Manage budgets and maintain operational records. Analyze data to monitor performance and implement improvements in patient care. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Proficient in healthcare management systems and proficient in regulatory compliance. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to mentor and motivate teams.
