Assist in the performance of surgical procedures, working closely with the surgical team. Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate, utilizing computerized documentation systems. Implement and maintain nursing practices to ensure safety and compliance. Advocate for patients and their families to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Participate in professional development activities and maintain professional affiliations. Strong surgical nursing skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in using healthcare software and electronic health records Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Adept at multitasking and working under pressure Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS) certified by the American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
