Provide daily nursing care and support to long-term care residents according to individual care plans Collaborate with the healthcare team to implement and evaluate patient care plans Monitor and record patient health status and treatment progress Educate patients and families on health care needs, conditions, and options Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and safety standards Manage and administer medication and treatments as prescribed Assist with daily living activities and ensure a comfortable, sanitary environment Strong clinical skills in a long-term care setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Proficient in using healthcare software and systems Empathetic and compassionate professional demeanor Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
