Respiratory Therapist, Registered PRN

You will be an instrumental part of patient care, ensuring effective respiratory therapy treatments and interventions based on individual patient needs. Assess and monitor patient respiratory conditions through diagnostic tests and blood gases. Collaborate with healthcare teams to formulate effective treatment plans. Implement therapeutic interventions like aerosol medications, chest physiotherapy, and ventilation support. Educate patients and families on respiratory conditions and maintenance regimens. Respond to emergency resuscitation calls and provide necessary interventions. Expertise in ventilator management Ability to perform diagnostic respiratory tests Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in the use of respiratory care equipment Adaptability to various clinical environments Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) Current state license as a Respiratory Therapist BLS/ACLS certified
