RN Progressive Care PRN

HCA Healthcare, a pre-eminent national provider of healthcare services, is seeking a dedicated and skilled RN Progressive Care PRN to join our dynamic team. This position involves delivering high-level, compassionate care to patients with acute conditions who require constant monitoring and intervention but are not in critical condition. Our registered nurses play a critical role at our progressive care unit by providing direct nursing care in a diverse, patient-centered environment. Monitor patient health and progress through continual assessment and evaluation. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan and implement patient care. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and health maintenance. Ensure the maintenance of accurate patient records. Provide emotional support to patients and their families. Strong clinical skills in a hospital setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Proficient in using healthcare software and systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) is preferred
