Administer medications via intravenous infusion under the direction of a physician Monitor patient responses to treatments and adjust care plans as needed Educate patients and family members on treatment protocols and healthcare management Maintain accurate patient records and report any pertinent changes in patient condition to the appropriate practitioner Ensure adherence to hospital policies and healthcare regulations Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes Strong intravenous infusion skills Excellent patient assessment abilities Proficient in using electronic health records Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS) certified Certified Registered Nurse Infusion (CRNI) credential preferred
