RN Telemetry Acute Cardiac

Monitor cardiac and other critical vital signs and detect any changes, reporting as necessary. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor responses. Provide direct patient care and educate patients and their families on their conditions and care plans. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans. Use telemetry devices to track patient conditions continuously. Document patient data and interventions in healthcare systems accurately. Proficiency in using telemetry monitoring equipment. Strong analytical and decision-making skills. Exceptional communication and empathetic patient care skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
