Manage daily operations of the emergency department, ensuring adherence to healthcare standards and policies. Supervise, recruit, and train nursing staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment. Evaluate patient care procedures and make necessary changes to improve service quality. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in emergency scenarios. Coordinate with other department managers to enhance multidisciplinary team connections and effectiveness. Develop and manage departmental budgets, optimize resource allocation and control expenses.
