Mentor and lead a team of nurses and support staff, ensuring professional development and high standards of care. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams. Manage patient records and monitor for quality assurance and efficiency. Strong leadership and organizational skills. In-depth knowledge of oncology care processes and protocol. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle high-stress situations with professionalism. Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
