Registered Nurse Radiology

The role involves working closely with the radiology department to assist patients receiving diagnostic imaging services. Administering nursing care to patients undergoing radiologic procedures Working collaboratively with radiologists to implement care plans Monitoring patient safety and comfort during procedures Educating patients and families on pre-procedure and post-procedure care Managing and preparing the settings for radiologic equipment Recording patient data and maintaining accurate medical records Strong clinical skills in a radiology setting Excellent patient care and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team Knowledge of radiology equipment and safety protocols Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse licensure in the state of employment Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification Certified Radiology Nurse (CRN) credential is preferred
