Nurse Clinical Coordinator

The ideal candidate will excel in both clinical skills and administrative duties, enhancing our patient-centered approach at our advanced medical facilities. Coordinate daily nursing operations, including staffing and patient care logistics. Ensure high-quality care by enforcing strict compliance with healthcare regulations and clinical protocols. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to streamline patient care. Develop and implement training programs for new staff and continuing education for existing staff. Assist in the evaluation and enhancement of patient care through clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives.
