Registered Nurse PACE Program

Join HCA Healthcare, a premier healthcare provider, as a Registered Nurse in our PACE (Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly) program. This role is pivotal in delivering compassionate, comprehensive care aimed at maintaining the independence and enhancing the quality of life of our senior patients. In state-of-the-art facilities, you will coordinate and provide nursing care including assessments, planning, and implementation of treatment plans. Assess, plan, and implement comprehensive nursing care for elderly patients as per the PACE program guidelines. Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to tailor individual care plans. Monitor patient conditions and update care plans as needed. Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention. Facilitate access to healthcare resources throughout the PACE network. Strong clinical skills in a healthcare setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in electronic medical record systems Ability to work effectively in an interdisciplinary team Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license CPR certification Preferably certified in Gerontological Nursing by the American Nurses Credentialing Center
