General Surgeon

Legacy Health, a premier non-profit health system spanning Oregon and Washington, is seeking a highly skilled General Surgeon to join our dedicated team. This role involves performing surgeries to treat and manage various diseases and disorders, contributing to our system's mission of providing excellent and compassionate healthcare services. The successful candidate will be part of a collaborative environment working with other healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes. Perform elective and non-elective surgeries. Assess and diagnose patient conditions and surgical needs. Coordinate with healthcare staff to provide comprehensive patient care. Participate in on-call rotations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of surgical procedures and advancements. Ensure adherence to hospital policies and healthcare regulations. Expertise in general surgery techniques Proficient in using modern medical equipment Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Board Certified/Eligible in General Surgery Valid state medical license
