As part of our team, you will work within our state-of-the-art facilities across the Oregon and Washington region, delivering high-standard patient care aligned with our mission of improving the health of our community. Our ideal candidate will have the ability to handle stressful situations professionally and can provide compassionate service. Perform basic nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse, including but not limited to taking vital signs, assisting patients with daily activities, and documenting patient information. Communicate clearly and effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Ensure the comfort and safety of patients by assisting with bathing, dressing, and meal service. Monitor and report changes in patient health status. Prepare patients for examinations and perform routine diagnostic checks (monitor pulse, check blood pressure). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to operate standard medical and diagnostic equipment. Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting patients and standing for long periods. Capability to manage time effectively and handle a large volume of patients efficiently. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of employment.
