Ambulatory Nurse Coordinator (RN)

The Ambulatory Nurse Coordinator is responsible for managing patient care, facilitating staff development, ensuring adherence to compliance regulations, and improving clinical practice standards. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on patient outcomes while working in a supportive and advanced healthcare environment. Coordinate and supervise clinical operations in our outpatient clinics. Implement and evaluate standards of care within the clinic setting. Manage patient care planning and ensure compliant practices across the board. Act as a liaison between staff and management to improve communication and efficiency. Administer training programs for new staff and ongoing education for existing staff. Ensure all healthcare regulations and safety standards are met. Facilitate a multidisciplinary approach to patient care. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in clinical operations and healthcare management. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Maryland, D.C., or Virginia. Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification. Preferably certified in Ambulatory Care Nursing (RN-BC).
