Legacy Health is seeking an experienced and compassionate Electroencephalography Technologist to join our dynamic team. As a part of our health system that spans across Oregon and Washington, the successful candidate will work in a supportive environment equipped with state-of-the-art technology to provide excellent neurodiagnostic services. This role involves conducting EEG tests, analyzing results, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to support patient diagnosis and treatment plans. Perform routine and complex EEG procedures to diagnose and track neurological disorders. Analyze and summarize EEG data for review by neurologists. Ensure the operational readiness and maintenance of EEG equipment. Document patient interactions and results according to hospital protocol. Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide comprehensive care. Educate patients and families about EEG procedures and aspects of neurological health. Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality. Strong technical skills in operating EEG recording equipment. Proficient in EEG data analysis and interpretation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detailed oriented with strong organizational skills.
