Psychiatrist

Talkiatry is seeking a dedicated Psychiatrist to join our team and support our mission of providing comprehensive, insurance-based psychiatric care. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play an integral role in ensuring our patients receive top-quality mental health services. Our ideal candidate will possess a deep knowledge of psychiatric conditions and treatments, and a strong commitment to patient care. You will work in a supportive environment that integrates psychiatric services with broader healthcare, making a significant positive impact on the lives of our patients. Diagnose and treat mental health disorders, adjusting treatments as necessary. Provide psychotherapy and prescribe medications. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to plan or manage patient care. Document patient information in medical records with high accuracy. Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions and treatments. Participate in continuing education to meet certification requirements and stay current with the field. Strong understanding of psychiatric methods and medications Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary team Highly skilled in patient assessment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry Valid medical license
