Registered Nurse (RN) Medical Surgical Renal

We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Medical Surgical Renal to join our dedicated nursing team at our state-of-the-art facilities. In this role, you will be responsible for providing care to patients with renal conditions within a medical-surgical setting. Our ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care by participating directly in the treatment planning, surgery preparation, and recovery of patients with various renal disorders. Assess, plan, and implement nursing care plans for patients in a medical surgical setting with a focus on renal health. Monitor patient recovery and adjust treatments as necessary in conjunction with the medical team. Administer medications, track dosages and document all patient interactions proficiently. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to facilitate integrated patient care. Educate patients and their families about disease processes, medical surgical treatments, and ongoing care and recovery at home. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and practices. Strong clinical skills specialized in renal care and medical surgical settings. Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment. Proficient in using medical software and patient management systems. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
