Medical directorship of laboratory sites is shared between Pathologists CLIA and CAP or COLA accredited labs Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Competitive guaranteed salary $20,000 Sign-On Bonus $100,000 educational loan repayment $10,000 moving expense reimbursement Board study and CME allowance Health, dental and vision insurance Malpractice insurance Life and Long Term Disability insurance Retirement plan 5 weeks vacation; increases with tenure Licensure and DEA renewal expense covered Overview of Position Responsibilities: Interpreting Surgical and Cytology specimens daily Grossing of Specimens (histologists perform grossing of small specimens) Frozen Sections Procedures Immunohistochemistry/Special Stains Tumor Board/Cancer Center Committee participation Medical Directorship for Site Location Labs Involvement in/and performing CAP Inspections Teaching Residents/Medical Students as needed
