Nursing Supervisor

This role requires a compassionate leader with a proven track record in managing nursing staff and improving patient care standards. As part of your role, you will coordinate the daily operations, implement policies, and ensure adherence to the highest standards of healthcare practices. Manage the nursing staff and coordinate daily department activities. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Develop and implement policies for improving patient care services. Evaluate nursing staff performance and provide feedback and training. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to enhance services. Monitor patient care for quality assurance and address any deficiencies. Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in nursing practices and standards Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) license required. Certification in Healthcare Management preferred.
