Job Description MRI Technologist - Up to to $5k Relocation Assistance Available Location: Santa Clara, New Mexico area The position involves conducting diagnostic resonance imaging procedures for patients in need of MRI services. The individual in this role must adhere to pain management protocols and ensure proper maintenance of records and supplies. Primary Responsibilities Perform diagnostic medical resonance imaging procedures with precision and adherence to safety standards. Evaluate patient requirements related to MRI procedures. Review safety questionnaire and consistently comply with MRI safety guidelines. Manage inventory and ensure sufficient stock of supplies in the work area. Generate patient film as requested. Clarify procedures and address patient queries for better understanding. Maintain accurate records to uphold patient safety, care standards, and image quality. Document all relevant information essential for patient care across different systems. Follow hospital policies concerning pain management and the application of restraints for patients. Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing PACS system and MediTech. Provide clinical guidance to students and train newly hired Technicians. Perform any additional duties as delegated. Qualifications: Education & Training Valid ARRT certification Current New Mexico license Completion of AHA BLS certification within 3 months of employment Work Experience Preferred one year of relevant MRI experience Openness to cross-training in other modalities desired Proficiency in handling computers is mandatory APPLY NOW!
