Job Description Job Title: Laboratory Manager Location: 45 minutes North of Buffalo, New York Employment Type: Full-time Relocation Assistance: Available Retention Bonus: Up to $20,000 paid every 6 months over 3 years Key Responsibilities: Manage staff across shifts in a full-service hospital lab, including blood banking Oversee testing operations, including outsourcing to Labcorp and Quest Ensure 24/7 lab schedule is maintained effectively Comply with NY State Clinical Laboratory Technologist license requirements Requirements: NY State Clinical Laboratory Technologist license Prior experience in a hospital lab setting Demonstrated leadership and management skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment APPLY NOW!
