Be part of a new program with leadership input and growth potential. Practice based at one hospital campus and affiliated ambulatory surgery center. Surgical PA support provided to enhance efficiency and care delivery. Position Offers: Compensation range of $630,000–$760,000 base salary. Posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and excludes productivity bonuses, quality and performance incentives, extra shift incentives, and other applicable cash compensation. $50,000 starting bonus. Up to $25,000 for relocation assistance. Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision coverage. Paid malpractice with tail coverage. CME time and $4,500 annual expense allowance.
